Since June 2019 Mia la Muse has been teaching every Thursday at 18.30 @ Of-Dance Academy. This class is beginner-friendly, but also suitable for intermediate dancers - learning contents can be taught in both German/English.
Sensual and effective movements, expressive poses, striptease as well as tricks of the trade for outfits and accessories are worked out together. Catwalk, floorwork, chairwork and much more is also part of the repertoire, which is musically framed by hot swing & rock'n'roll, groovy jazz and devoted blues.

By learning these techniques, a positive body feeling and self-confidence will also be encouraged - Burlesque is wonderful for all adults in any shape or form!
Cheeky, humorous, sensual, seductive or all together - the variety of this performance art is as colorful as it is multifaceted.

Regularly participating students also have the opportunity to perform in a big show - Ready for a taste of stage air, anyone? How exciting!
